Join our team at Wagenborg Crew Management B.V. in the Offshore Fleet as a Third Engineer specializing in Walk to Work operations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our vessels, focusing on safe and efficient W2W operations.

  • Support the Second Engineer and Chief Engineer in maintaining and repairing all machinery on board

  • Assist in the operation and maintenance of propulsion systems

  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations

  • Participate in emergency response drills and procedures

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize vessel performance

Job requirements

  • Valid applicable Certificate of Competence (STCW III/1)

  • Valid STCW Training Certificates

  • Valid Seafarer Medical Certificate

  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English

  • Experience on PSV and/or W2W vessels

  • Ability to work effectively as part of an international team

  • Experience on Diesel Electric engines (Rolls-Royce, Bergen, Caterpillar)

  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining marine engineering equipment

  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures

  • Flexibility to work in challenging offshore conditions
